  1. My Helpful Neighbor

    February 13, 2012 by Eddie

I had an odd conversation this morning with my next door neighbor about the new primary assemblies coming to our school district. It was not exactly what I wanted to talk about first thing in the morning, but it involved free coffee and muffins, so I said why not. My neighbor has always been extremely welcoming and giving when it comes to baked goods and home-made decorations. When we moved in last year she brought over a freshly made apple pie, blueberry muffins and some hand squeezed lemonade. Ever since then we seem to gift one or two gifts every few weeks just out of kindness. For her, I usually mow the lawn, shovel snow or conduct other small repairs around her house. At her age she does not need to be lifting or doing these things, so I try to help as much as possible. It is what good neighbors do.

  2. Mistress Anne

    October 15, 2011 by Eddie

I am going to London in a few days and I could not be any more excited. I am going to see the sites and to finally meet my new mistress. I hope for her to show me the city and see the places that only locals know about. We have been communicating online for a while now and I have only now just been able to get away from work. I have visited London, but never with a lover on my arm. I want to take her to the best bistros and chicest hotels to enjoy my week away. I know that Anne will wish that I could stay in London forever. I would stay if I could, but my obligations to my work take me on the road too much to make any real commitment. I am curious about any potential future I have with my London mistresses.

  3. A surprise from my toy boy

    August 23, 2011 by Eddie

As an older woman, I have always preferred younger men. Why would I want a wrinkled old man, when there are plenty of younger men that find me attractive? I have always taken care of my looks. From breast augmentation to face lifts, no price is too high to pay to retain my youthful appearance. Very few people know my true age and most of those have carried my secret to the grave.

My new partner was more than a boy-toy from the beginning. He won not only my affection, but my heart as well. Last month, my attorney wrote him into my will. I would leave him my summer home in Martha’s Vineyard. We have shared so many wonderful memories at Martha’s Vineyard. The phone rang and interrupted my thoughts. My accountant stated, “Shelby, I just opened your phone bill. There are charges to a phone sex line.”

England is steeped in military history. The country has been at war with nearly every empire in the past 2,500 years, the idea of which is hard for many people from younger countries to comprehend. Military might has changed its look over the centuries, but we have always had a fascination with how things were accomplished in the past. The Royal Armouries in Leeds is tasked with studying the tools of war throughout England’s past, and have amassed a startling collection that can be viewed by the public. From the suits of armor that always comes to mind to the muskets of Red Coats, the Royal Armouries shows how empires were formed before the technology of today was available.

  5. Experiencing London’s History

    July 12, 2011 by Eddie

With a history of occupation since at least the Roman Invasion in AD 43, London has plenty of history for every visitor to appreciate.

An excellent starting point is the Museum of London, which documents London’s history from prehistoric to modern times. The museum regularly varies its exhibits, and topics range from street criers to Anglo-Saxon weaponry.

Of slightly earlier provenance than the museum is Westminster Abbey, reconstructed in 1245 by Henry III. Even before this date, it served in its present role as the coronation, wedding and resting place for generations of British royals. Attractions include King Edward’s Chair and a number of beautiful statues.

Lastly, the British Museum certainly deserves mention, as its collections include artifacts from all over the world. For fans of British or global history, it certainly will act as a capstone to any London visit. If you alone on your travels then book some London escorts to accompany you to landmarks.

  6. The best UK contemporary architecture is in Birmingham

    July 11, 2011 by Eddie

Birmingham has the greatest concentration of examples of contemporary architecture in the UK. The city is young and full of  Birmingham escorts to begin with, having developed beyond the level of villages and towns only in the 1700s. In the middle of the twentieth century most existing buildings were destroyed by bombs during World War II. The famous Bull Ring shopping center contains a Selfridge’s in the blobitecture style by the design firm Future Systems. Adjacent to the Bull Ring stands the Rotunda designed by James A. Roberts. The Rotunda was originally an office tower but now used as housing.

The tallest building in Birmingham is the 100 meter Alpha Building on Broad Street by architect Richard Seifert. Other buildings of note are Foster and Partners’ National Sea Life Centre and John Madin’s controversial modernist Birmingham Central Library in Chamberlain Square.
